Just few days to 2023 election, a hunter had found a leather bag containing many Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs) disposed inside a bush in Nnewi North LGA of Anambra state.
In a short video online seen by kukuruku News, the PVCs were said to belong to residents of Nnewi North, which were taken to Authority FM
As at the time of filing this report, the youths are now at compound of Authority FM sorting the found PVCs.
