During the Second Summit and Russia–Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum, the Roscongress Foundation took a Significant stride by entering into a series of Cooperative agreements with Various African trade and Investment Entities. Notable among these Partners are the Tunisian-Russian Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism, the African Energy Chamber, API-MALI, APIX-SA, and the Black Business Council. These agreements Underline a Commitment to Fostering effective Communication Channels between expert Communities and Business circles in both Russia and Africa.
Alexander Stuglev, Chairman and CEO of the Roscongress Foundation, shed light on the Significance of these agreements, Stating, “To actualize the Provisions outlined in these agreements and to Facilitate robust Collaboration between Russia and African Nations, the establishment of Unified International Communication Platforms becomes Imperative.”Stuglev emphasized the Creation of a Russian-African Communication arena founded on Trust, a key focus of the Agreements.

This Platform is envisioned to Facilitate comprehensive Cooperation in diverse areas such as Partnerships between Business Representatives engaged in Import-Export Activities, tourism, and Cultural Interactions. Additionally, the Agreements aim to amplify Investment Inflow, encompassing Energy projects both in Africa and Russia.Central to these Agreements is the recognition of the Paramount Importance of Sustained collaboration between the Roscongress Foundation and African public and Industry Representatives.
The objective is to Jointly Promote Initiatives in National Markets through Constructive consultation, Information Exchange, and Expert support on pertinent Economic and Social Matters.In essence, these Agreements set the stage for a robust and enduring Partnership, paving the way for Cross-Continental Cooperation that transcends Borders and fosters Mutual Growth and Development.
