The Nigeria Youth Organization NYO, has decorated its new life patron during its 18th stakeholders and general assembly conference.
The event took place at the Police Officers Mess at Garki 2, Abuja, the nations capital on Saturday, 17th June, 2023.
In his farewell speech, the immediate past president of the NYO, Ebeneezer Oguntakin urged Nigerians to promote national unity at all levels of the society.
The highlight of the night was the proclamation and decoration of the new life patron in the person of Major Dr. Hamza Almustapha, former Chief Security Officer CSO, to Nigeria’s late head of state, General Sani Abacha, whose qualities were extolled by former president of the organization, Dr. Olusegun Adeleye.
In his remarks, the new life patron, NYO, Hamza Almustapha praised the past leaders of the organization for their achievements in office and promised to work with the new officials of the union for national development.
