Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Limited Recognized as Top User of AI for Customer Experience
Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Limited has been honored as the leading user of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Customer experience by The Digital Banker’s esteemed Judging panel.
The Digital Banker acknowledged the Bank’s remarkable Card Dispute automation Initiative, which has significantly improved the turnaround time for resolving various card dispute situations.
Thanks to this initiative, Customers now have faster access to disputed funds, resulting in enhanced complaint resolution and overall Customer satisfaction.

The Digital CX Awards 2023 witnessed a substantial increase in participation compared to the previous year, with 702 submissions received, surpassing last year’s count of just over 600 submissions.
With over 140 Banks from around the World participating in the 2023 DCX Program, it solidifies its position as the Industry’s most Comprehensive and Competitive assessment program on a global scale.
