The governor of Borno, Babagana Umara Zulum has been re-elected for a second term in office .
Announcing the results, the INEC returning officer, Professor Jude Rabo, said Zulum of the All Progressives Congress scored 545,543 while the candidate of People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Mohammed Jajari, polled 82,147 votes
Kukuruku News gathered that Zulum won the election with a difference of 463,396 votes and won in the 27 local government of the state.
“Having satisfied all the requirements, Umara Babagana is hereby declared winner of the election,”
