United States Senator Lindsey Graham has threatened to impose sanctions on allied nations, including Canada, Britain, Germany, and France, if they enforce the International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant. The ICC issued these warrants due to alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
In an interview with Fox News, Graham stated, “To any ally, if you try to help the ICC, we’re going to sanction you… You’re gonna have to pick the rogue ICC versus America.” Graham’s statement reflects a strong stance against supporting the ICC’s actions.

The conflict in Gaza has resulted in significant humanitarian losses, with over 44,000 deaths and more than 104,000 injured. The international community has condemned Israel’s actions, with the country facing a genocide case at the International Court of Justice. Additionally, Israel’s airstrikes in Lebanon have resulted in over 3,600 deaths, 15,300 injuries, and the displacement of more than a million people since last October.
