During the Induction of newly Appointed Commissioners of Health in Nigeria with the theme “Navigating Health Leadership: From Promise to Impact” in Abuja, UNICEF’s Deputy Representative in Nigeria, Mrs. Rownak Khan, emphasized the need for effective Collaboration between the Federal and State Governments to address multiple health system challenges.

Khan underscored the Importance of Policy and Implementation alignment between National and Subnational entities, stating that without such Coordination, progress would remain difficult to achieve.
