Distinguished Dr. Domingo Obende Congratulates and Commends the electoral Process that has produced the President Elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his Vice President Elect, Alhaji Kashim Shetima while speaking to the Press at the International Conference Centre, venue of the event where the Independent Electoral Commission INEC, presented a certificate of return to the winners of the February 25 Presidential Elections.
The All Progressive Party Chieftain, Senator Domingo who represented Edo North Senatorial District at the 7th Senate of the National Assembly, spoke with Kukuruku Radio Station 105.9FM reporters and other Press Men Present. He congratulated the President and Vice President Elect, describing the victory of the Party as a reflection of the people’s decision and it is well deserved.
Our Distinguished Chairman said: “It was a well deserved victory for the ruling party APC at the Presidential and Federal Legislative Polls. First of all, the best decision they made was the decision of the Party to flag a great and charismatic leader as Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu considering his pedigree, swift commitment and zeal towards matters that concern our great party, the APC and the Nation at large”.
He Said: As I listened carefully to the acceptance speech after the declaration of election results, one of the major impressive lines that piqued my interest in that speech was when the President Elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu laid bare his unequivocal intention to unite the nation via an open door policy, extending a hand or gesture of friendship towards other candidates regardless of their party affiliations, he
charged other Presidential Candidates to join hands as a team and let’s make Nigeria great”.
