During a Presidential Townhall Meeting in New York organized by the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM) on the sidelines of the 78th session of the UN General Assembly, President Bola Tinubu delivered an encouraging message to Nigerians residing in the United States.
He urged them to Transform their Mindset to overcome Failures and attain Success in all aspects of life.
Tinubu, who once lived in the Diaspora, empathized with the Challenges faced by Nigerians abroad and stressed the Importance of Changing one’s Mindset.
He emphasized that Nigeria presents Numerous Business Opportunities and advised attendees to recognize the potential in their Current Locations while actively seeking Opportunities aligned with their Goals.
Expressing his Admiration for Nigerians excelling in their respective fields abroad, President Tinubu praised their Exemplary behavior and achievements.
He shared his own Experiences of determination and perseverance during his Election Campaign and encouraged those considering Political roles to exhibit similar Determination.
Furthermore, President Tinubu highlighted the need for Unity and Solidarity among Nigerians abroad, urging them to transcend Ethnic and Identity divisions.
He emphasized that they are part of one Family residing in different rooms within the same house.
The Chairperson of NiDCOM, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Introduced accomplished Nigerians in the U.S. to the president, who expressed their Support for his Leadership and commitment to contributing to Nigeria’s Development while making the Country proud in their host Nation.
