- Dr. Jumoke Oduwole: Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment (Trade and Investment)
- Idi Mukhtar Maiha: Minister of Livestock Development
- Yusuf Abdullahi Ata: Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development
- Dr. Suwaiba Said Ahmad: Minister of State for Education

This swearing-in ceremony follows a major cabinet reshuffle approved by President Tinubu on October 23, which included the re-assignment of 10 ministers and the nomination of seven new ministers. The Senate confirmed the seven nominees after screening on October 31.
