No fewer than 107 Nigerians who were trapped in Libya have been repatriated.
The director general National Emergency Management (NEMA) , Mustapha Ahmed made this known on Tuesday.
It was gathered that the returnees arrived at the cargo wing of the Murtala Muhammed International airport at about 3:45pm.
NEMA disclosed that the returnees who were conveyed in Alburaq Air Boeing 737-800 with registration number 5A-DMG makes it the fifth time Nigerians are conveyed back since February.
Thus far, under the International Organization of Migration IOM programme, at least 690 Nigerians have returned.
According to NEMA, the profile of the returnees indicated that there were 48 women, 5 girls, an infant female as well as 49 men, three boys and one infant male.
