In a move to alleviate the financial hardship faced by judiciary staff in Osun State, the state government has approved the payment of 57 months of diverted salaries.

The decision to release the withheld salaries was made on humanitarian grounds, considering the economic plight of the affected workers.

Governor Adeleke has also established a committee to oversee the equitable distribution of rice to residents of the state during the festive season. This initiative ensures that individuals and families have access to essential food items during this crucial time.

Furthermore, the governor has reaffirmed his commitment to continuing the Sure-P fund, a program designed to provide employment opportunities and alleviate poverty. This commitment reflects the government’s dedication to the well-being of its citizens.

The payment of diverted salaries, the distribution of rice, and the continuation of the Sure-P fund demonstrate the Osun State government’s commitment to addressing the needs of its people. These initiatives provide much-needed assistance to those facing financial difficulties and contribute to overall social welfare.
