Despite the time frame given to officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC, by Hon chairman, Prof Mahmood Yakubu, many officials are yet to arrive at their various designated polling units.
Live reports obtained by kukuruku News Reporter in Abuja revealed that officials are yet to arrive at the Bwari local government areas.
However, in Durumi, accreditation has started and voting may run simultaneously.
