Nigeria Police Force (NPF) Invite Applications for Constable (Recruits) Position

The Police Service Commission (PSC) and the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) have Announced the Commencement of the Application process for the Recruitment of Constables (Recruits).

The announcement was made through a Statement posted on the NPF X handle on Friday.

According to the Statement, the Online Application Portal will be open for a period of six weeks, starting from October 15 to November 26, 2023.

Interested and qualified Nigerians are encouraged to complete the Online Application forms within the Stipulated period via www.apply.policerecruitment.gov.ng.

The Application process is open to both Male and Female Candidates.

Prospective applicants are required to meet certain criteria, including Nigerian Nationality by birth, possession of the National Identification Number (NIN), and a minimum of five Credits in not more than two sittings in WAEC/NECO or an equivalent with credits in English and Mathematics.

Applicants must be between 18 and 25 years of age, medically, physically, and psychologically fit, and must meet specified height requirements (1.67m for males and 1.64m for females).

Female applicants are expected not to be pregnant at the time of entry.

Additionally, applicants must possess a Valid email address and phone number, and SSCE statements of results or Certificates relating to Examinations taken before 2015 will not be accepted.

The Announcement also emphasized that the Selection process will be based on the fulfillment of the Online registration requirements, with successful candidates being invited for an automated Physical Screening exercise.

The exercise is scheduled to take place Nationwide on a date to be Communicated Later.
