Real Madrid are close to finalising the signing of highly-rated centre-back Dean Huijsen, with the player’s representatives now in Madrid to complete discussions on personal terms.
According to football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano on Thursday via X, the agreement between clubs is already in place, with Real Madrid set to pay the £50 million release clause in three instalments.
“Understand Dean Huijsen’s camp has landed in Madrid to close the deal with Real,” Romano reported.
Negotiations are ongoing regarding the length of the player’s contract, with a five-year deal currently on the table.
“Length of the contract being discussed with 5 year deal on the table.
“Deal done club to club for £50m clause to be paid in 3 installments, player’s contract being sorted,” Romano added.
