The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the closure of its 2023 Direct Entry (DE) e-PIN sales and registration.

The board stated that the registration deadline will be on Tuesday, May 30,2023, while the e-PIN sales deadline will be Saturday, May 26, 2023.

This is disclose in a statement on Tuesday by its Acting Director of Public Affairs, Dr Debian Benjamin.

In the statement, JAMB frowned upon unwholesome practices by some tutorial Centers and Parents working together with some A’level Centers to sabotage it’s efforts to Sanitize the Education Industry.

He reaffirmed JAMB’s dedication to stopping all irregularities and urged genuine aspiring DE Candidates who are yet to register to do so before the deadline.

“One good thing about the exercise is that the Board has captured only deserving Candidates with pockets of outstanding Candidates remaining in a couple of Board’s offices, particularly in Lagos. Even here, the Board has adopted a scheduling system whereby Candidates are allocated to specific DE Registration days to preclude further overcrowding.

“All genuine aspiring DE Candidates who are yet to register for the exercise are, therefore, urged to come out now to register as the Board would not entertain any further extension,” the statement reads.
