Group Urged FG On Creation Of Youths Commission For Nation Building

The President of Nigerian Youths Organization, Mr. Okorie Okorie has urged the Federal Government to create a Youths Development Commission to support the growth of Nigerian Youths.

Okorie made the call after his Election and Inauguration as the new Leader of the Organization on Tuesday in Abuja.

He claimed that the creation of a Commission for youths Development will assist prepare the next Generation for more useful engagement in Nation-building.

The President said that his Administration would design programmes that would promote Education and youths Empowerment.

“We shall engage relevant stakeholders to make the youth more relevant and empowered as future leaders”.

“Education is key to knowledge and power, we shall partner other stakeholders to promote human capital development,” he said.

To further racial harmony and togetherness, Okorie vowed to cooperate with the President Bola Tinubu’s Administration.

He pleaded with young people all around the Nation to abstain from crime and violence for the sake of their futures and the welfare of Society as a whole.
