Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State has extended his heartfelt Congratulations to President Bola Tinubu for his Appointment as the Chairman of the Authority of Heads of State and Government of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
In a statement issued on Monday by his Spokesperson, Gboyega Akosile, Governor Sanwo-Olu described this Development as a momentous affirmation of Nigeria’s leadership not only in the West African sub-region but also on the African Continent as a whole.
President Tinubu was elected as the ECOWAS Chairman during the 63rd Ordinary Session held in Bissau, Guinea-Bissau on Sunday.
