A popular TikToker, Gold Ike, popularly identified as EveryDayWithGold, organised a party on Sunday to celebrate her achievement as the first woman to board an aeroplane in her community.

The TikToker, known for peeling cassava and making garri, revealed her new achievement on her livestream.

The lady was seen in different videos dishing out jollof rice, white rice and other locally made foods to the residents who joined in celebrating her milestone.

Displaying the banner that read, ‘The first woman to enter a plane in my community,’ Ike said, “I want to use this medium to thank everyone for appreciating the record I broke and the award I won.

It was not easy. And I see all your nice comments, the love was massive. We all enjoyed ourselves yesterday. We merry and dined yesterday. Thank you all for celebrating me.

I don’t know if I should send the banners to your respective states so that you can use it to parade. Nobody knows my story.”

The TikToker had left her location (unnamed) for Lagos State, flying in Air Peace, which happened to be her first experience.

Sharing more insights into her journey, Ike stressed that she came to Lagos for a gig and was glad she didn’t experience any traffic in the state.

It is time to check out of the hotel, I’m done packing my bags. It’s good to see what Lagos looks like. I’m all dressed and flying back to my community now.

I didn’t finish my breakfast. And I’m glad I didn’t experience any traffic which could have made me miss my flight,” she maintained.
