The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the presenters for the 2024 CAF Awards, which will take place on Monday at the Palais des Congrès in Marrakech, Morocco. The event will honor Africa’s footballing greats of the past year.
Renowned sports broadcaster Kate Scott and veteran Moroccan journalist Jalal Bouzrara will co-host the ceremony. Scott, known for her dynamic presence in sports broadcasting, has built an impressive portfolio spanning CNN, SkySports, and CBS Sports. She has hosted prestigious global events such as the FIFA Ballon d’Or and the Laureus World Sports Awards.
Scott expressed her excitement about hosting the CAF Awards, stating, “It will be a privilege to be on stage and in the room alongside some of the most influential names in football. African football gives the global game soul.”

Bouzrara, with over three decades of experience in journalism, has produced acclaimed sports programs such as L’Match and L’Club. This will be his second time hosting the CAF Awards, having co-hosted the 2022 edition in Rabat. Bouzrara expressed his pride in being part of the event, stating, “This is the second time I have had the honor and privilege of hosting this magnificent CAF Awards ceremony.”
