Nigerian Music Sensations Burna Boy and Fireboy DML have been Honored as Winners at the prestigious BMI London Awards 2023.
Both Artists received ‘Most Performed Work of the Year’ Awards, which were presented to over 20 Songs.
Burna Boy’s hit Track ‘Last Last’ and Fireboy DML’s ‘Peru,’ featuring British Singer Ed Sheeran, were among the Standout compositions recognized at the Event.
Additionally, renowned Nigerian record Producer Richard Isong, known as P2J, received the Prestigious ‘Impact Award.’
The Event also featured British Music legend Gary Kemp, who received the ‘Icon Award,’ while American Singer Doja Cat’s Afrobeat-inspired Song ‘Woman’ clinched the coveted ‘Song of the Year’ Award.
