The Chairman of the APC UK Chapter, Mr. Tunde Doherty, has emphasized that the planned Protest by a group against President Bola Tinubu in London is an Ill-fated endeavor.

In a statement released in Lagos, Doherty, who is also the APC Committee of Diaspora Chairmen, addressed the recent Allegations and statements made by a group led by activist Aisha Yesufu, allegedly associated with the Labour Party.

Doherty asserted, “It has come to our attention that this group is Organizing a Protest in London to propagate Unfounded claims about the Educational credentials of President Bola Tinubu.

We firmly believe our Responsibility is to address this matter and underscore the significance of relying on substantiated facts over premature and unsubstantiated allegations.”

The chairman highlighted President Bola Tinubu’s distinguished track record of Service to the Nation and expressed the Diaspora Leaders’ unwavering support for him.

He called for Protests to be based on concrete evidence and a genuine Pursuit of Justice, rather than becoming a platform for character assassination and divisive tactics.

Doherty urged those planning to participate in the Protest to consider the potential consequences of spreading unfounded Allegations and Misinformation.

He emphasized the need for respectful, Evidence-based discussions that foster progress and uphold the dignity of the Nation.
