Aitana Bonmati, the renowned World Cup-winning Spanish Star, claimed the Prestigious UEFA Women’s Player of the Year accolade during a Ceremony held in Monaco on Thursday.
Bonmati played a pivotal role in leading Spain to a World Cup Victory earlier this month.
At 25 years old, she showcased her Exceptional talents, contributing Significantly to Barcelona’s Women’s Champions League triumph last Season.
Her remarkable performance earned her the Title of Player of the Tournament for her outstanding contributions to Spain’s World Cup Victory in Australia and New Zealand.
She edged out her Spanish Teammate, Olga Carmona, who Scored the winning Goal in the World Cup Final against England, as well as Chelsea and Australia striker Sam Kerr to secure the Coveted UEFA prize.
