The National population Commission (NPC) has again postponed the training of Enumerators and Supervisors which is scheduled to commence on April 13, 2023.
Kukuruku News gathered that this will make it the fifth time for the commission to postpone the ad-hoc staff training since preparations for the census exercise began.
NPC’s Director of Census, Mrs Olanipekun Evelyn Arinola made this known in a statement on Tuesday.
Olanipekun said the Commission wants to deal with emerging issues first before fixing a fresh date for the training exercise.
States and LGAs that have sent invites to participants are urged to withdraw same and wait for further directives.
